Hatha Yoga- Is The Way to Enlightment and finding peace and Harmony within Yourself. Breath combined with Movement, Asanas helps to relax the mind after stress and rigidity that daily life brings us, to keep the body toned and Healthy.

Welcome to the journey of Breath and Movement with me. The idea of sharing my knowledge with you, my brilliant students, came after I discovered how naturally our mind and body can be lead to something beautiful. It would be a pitty to know it and keep it to myself therefore I decided to take you on this journey with me. I've gained my knowledge from my teachers and there is always new things to learn. I am grateful for everyone helping me to realize that all of us matter in this world, even when it seems so unbelievable. Now relax and take this journey with me.

Gaisva was certified as Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) with the 'Teach Yoga Limited', also completed the Intensive Course with Shiva Rea 'Embodying the Flow: Foundation to Teaching Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga'  and currently teaching following classes.
