Welcome to the journey of Breath and Movement which we will start together. The idea of sharing my knowledge with you, my brilliant students, came after I discovered how naturally our mind and body, working together as one, can be lead to the experience of something beautiful.
I would like you to join me on this very special path after having gained this incredible knowledge from the teachers who have inspired me, and those whom I have yet to meet. I am grateful for everyone who has helped me to realize that all of us matter in this world, even though this may sometimes seem so unbelievable. Now relax and take this journey with me.

Gaisva was certified as Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) with the 'Teach Yoga Limited', completed Intensive Course with Shiva Rea 'Embodying the Flow: Foundation to Teaching Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga', attended the Advanced Anatomy training course entitled 'Principles of Dynamic Alignment & Intelligent Adjustments' in Thailand and is currently teaching in East London
